Refund Policy

If the buyer requests a refund for a defective product, our team will inspect and confirm the defect. Upon approval, the full amount will be refunded via the original payment method. The processing time for refunds is 14 business day.

Replacement Policy

If the buyer prefers a replacement instead of a refund, MSI ECOBAGS will replace the defective product with the same product (identical name, specifications, and features). No exchanges for different models or designs will be permitted.
